  • Commission per building stored - You can receive multiple commission payment for one client. No limit to the amount of buildings than can be used
  • 10% savings - All your clients get 10% off our services.
  • Customised Micro Site (CMS) - We can rebrand our tool to be professionally integrated into your site.
  • We Handle everything - We manage all clients, support and sales. You just forward clients and receive commission.

Direct referral program (DRP)

This is the simplest method of tracking the client sent you have referred to our site. For online referrals we provide a simple tracking code that is automatically inserted into our site on arrival. Offline referrals will be prompted to insert a discount code to receive 10% off. This will allow us to track any other methods of offline referral including mail, telephone and radio.

Example :

You choose to send a letter to your clients detailing the changes in fire legislation. Within this you add a short paragraph hi lighting our services. With this your customers receive a code to enter into the order page to entitle them to 10% off.

You then login to your partner program admin area. Here you can view which clients have signed up.

Later you decide to follow up with a call to all clients who have not signed up. Your operator then quotes the discount code for 10% off.

Customised Micro Site (CMS)

Combined with, or a alternative to the DRP we can brand our tool to your company. This works best when you have a website your clients can view. Setup a simple page detailing our product as if it was your own. Add a login box and order links which all link to a Customised area of our site.

As you can see this will work best with an existing website, however is can be quoted directly with users via other methods - mail, telephone.

Example :

For this we can setup a demo website - fraoinsurance.co.uk. This will show how your site could integrate the tool.

You company fraoinsurance.co.uk insert some content into your site. Each link then is directly to your CMS.

In all correspondence you quote that they can purchase a fire assessment via your website. All clients using your CMS are directly tracked and the appropriate commission paid to yourselves.

Partner administration area

By following the link at the bottom of the frao page you are directed to a login page for partners. Login and you can view the following

  • view daily sales from the last payment date
  • View monthly totals of commission paid to you
  • View the company name of each referral

Marketing Ideas

We realise you know your clients better than we do, however we have created a few ideas on how to increase signup's and commission

  • Many companies do not realise that their building may not be covered in case of a fire if they do not have a fire assessment.
  • Contact your client just informing them that your trying to raise awareness for the new legislation. Offer the services as an option to be compliant quickly and easily
  • We have found that up to 50% of business are not even aware of the legislation. Its well worthwhile dedicating someone to the sole task of promoting fire assessments. Or even employ temporary staff to contact clients and benefit from high conversion rates.

Commission Terms

All commission is paid per building registered and setup on our systems. You are paid via a bank transfer or cheque in the 15th of every month for sales completed 10 days before - the 5th of the month.

For example you get a sale on the 31st of november, 3rd of december and 6th of december. You will be paid the sale from the 31st and 3rd on the 15th of december and the sale from the 6th on the 15th of january.
