BUILDING OWNERS ARE KNOWN AS ACCOUNTABLE PEOPLE AND MUST INCLUDE THE STRUCTURE AND FABRIC OF THERE BUILDING WITH IN THE FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT THAT THEY MUST PROVIDE TO THERE LEASEHOLDER / TENANTS 

 

LEASEHOLDERS ( BUSINESS OWNERS )   ARE KNOWN AS RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE AND MUST PROVIDE THE BUILDING OWNER WITH A FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT THAT IDENTIFIES RISKS THAT THE BUSINESS WORKING PRACTICES MAY CAUSE AND ANYTHING STORED WITH IN THE BUSINESS INCLUDING THE LEASEHOLDERS FURNITURE AND OTHER BELONGINGS . 

 

IF YOU ARE BOTH THE BUILDING OWNER AND BUSINESS OCCUPIER OF THE BUILDING YOU MUST INCLUDE ALL OF THE ABOVE IN ONE COMBINED REPORT 

 

 

LOCAL COUNCILS HAVE BEEN ASKING H.M.O & SELECTIVE LICENSING HOUSES FOR AN ANNUAL FIRE CERTIFICATE THIS RELATES TO FIRE SAFETY MANAGEMENT AND INCLUDES A REVIEW OF YOUR FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT AND THE PROCEDURES THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO CARRY OUT AS A RESPONSIBLE PERSON . YOU CAN SEND US YOUR FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT AND DOCUMENTS FOR AN ONLINE REVIEW AND WE WILL ISSUE AN ANNUAL FIRE COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE IF YOU PASS BUT WE STILL CHARGE OUR FEE OF £150 EVEN IF YOU FAIL , BUT WE WILL ADVISE WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO .
